Turning models into decisions.
I am Daniel Moncada, a Senior BIM Consultant and Autodesk Authorized Developer. With a background in architecture and construction dating to 2008, I have spent the last decade directing BIM management and MEP coordination across France, Monaco, and Belgium. My technical focus centers on executing digital delivery for complex, large-scale assets, including hospitals, metro lines, hyperscale data centers, and high-rises.

Multidisciplinary model federation and clash detection. Resolving MEP and structural conflicts through strict BCF issue tracking to guarantee constructability.

Deploying custom Dynamo and Python scripts to execute QA, bulk exports, and data synchronization, permanently eliminating manual overhead.
